The Providence portal is an exposed concrete block energy distributor. This mixes the water with air slowing the flow of the water. Three Mile Dam is located in the Alpine area, about 10km from Kiandra on the Mount Selwyn Road, or 14 km from the nearest facilities at Cabramurra.
