Accommodation

stay in our memorable and unique accommodation

Campsites

We have large grassy campsites that have easy access to the Eucumbene River and lake. Most sites have a fireplace and are shaded with birch trees. Amenities with toilets, hot showers, and even a laundry are close by.

Mountain Cabins

Our open-plan cabins can accommodate up to four guests with a double bed and two single beds in a bunk bed configuration. The cabin also features a kitchenette and seating area, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Basic Cabins

We have a range of basic cabins. Don't be fooled by the 'basic' reference. They have one or two rooms and are self contained with their own kitchens and bathrooms.

Cottages

Perfect for families, our cottages can accommodate 6 people and are well set up for short or extended family holidays. They contain a kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining, and laundry. Some even have a fireplace, covered parking, and verandahs that overlook the valley.

Dongas

For the price-conscious, our donga rooms are as basic as accommodation can be. Brought in from the Snowy Hydro project's own camps, these will provide a real 'Snowy Hydro Workers' experience. It is simply a room with a single bed and attached ensuite.

The Lodge

Our alpine lodge features a large shared lounge and dining area looking down the river valley. Rooms are basic but all have hydronic heating and ensuite. Options range from a double room to a family of 5. All with a double and then singles. A shared kitchenette is available for guests. The lodge also has a large commercial kitchen and seating for up to 60 people available for groups and events.

Good ☺ Spectacular Location and the views across the river are absolutely magic. Very basic facilities, Rabbits and Kangaroos right outside the door. Cabin was spacious, good shower and nice kitchen ☹ The road leading to the Park is quite rough and portions of the road within the park are steep and rough. Most of the Park is a construction zone with half build cabins and shipping containers. No food within 25kms

Very Good ☺ Nice cabin, fresh feel. Comfortable. Smart TV with Internet. ☹ No oven. No dishwasher. No wood supplies for the fire. No BBQ. The site is more like a workers camp than a tourist camp. Building work didn't stop until around 7:30 pm.

Good ☺ Cabin was great. Modern with a cosy rustic vibe. View was amazing. Was very peaceful and relaxing. We would return but without our young children (5&2). Plenty to do as a family. ☹ We loved the view but would have been much more appealing with out the ugly dogas everywhere. Although there is plenty to discover with in nature it not as appealing to children like our boys who love play equipment.
