The Yarrangobilly Caves are located 41 minutes away from our park, but they are definitely worth the drive! The journey there takes you through the scenic Kosziosko National Park, where you might be able to spot some brumbies from the road. Once you reach Yarrangobilly, you can stop at the office to book a self-guided tour of the caves, or a guided tour.

The self-guided tours are a great way to explore the area or get some exercise.

If you’re feeling up for a walk, you can stroll down to the thermal pools for a swim, take a stroll around the river walk, and then head up through the caves. The thermal pool is a naturally fed spring that is 27 degrees, so it’s perfect for a dip. There are also picnic areas and toilets nearby, as well as changing rooms if you need them.
